- Aseptically reconstitute 1 vial with 5 ml of sterile distilled water.
- Mix gently until complete dissolution and add aseptically to 500 ml of FRLB-00I and FRLB-0HI, autoclaved and cooled to 50°C.
- Mix well and distribute into sterile containers.
- Microbial contamination absence passes test
- Storage temperature 2 – 8°C
