Homogeneous, free flowing and toasted in colour.
If any changes phisically, discard product.
Appearance amber
pH (25°C) 7.1 – 7.5
Concentration of use 40 g/L
Preparation:
Dissolve 40 gr in 1 L of water and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add 5-10% of sterile defibrinated blood (Avoid bubbles in homogenization).
If desired, add BLPS-00P to increase growth.
Once opened avoid hydration
