Homogeneous, free flowing and toasted in colour. If any changes phisically, discard product.
Appearance yellow opalescent
pH (25°C) 7.0 – 7.4
Concentration of use 63 g/L
Preparation:
Dissolve 63 gr on 1 L with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes
Once opened avoid hydration
Storage temperature 2 °C – 25 °C
